I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with multiple sofas to relax on and even a small private outdoor area with a pool. The design was top-notch, but unfortunately, the proximity to an engine room affected our peaceful mornings. The staff, although apologetic about a full house upon our late arrival, were extremely helpful and informative. The location, right on the Mekong, was perfect for a peaceful getaway, but the noise from families and children did affect the tranquility. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing, offering a wide array of delicious Cambodian and Western dishes, but at times, cleanliness could have been better. The facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel rooms lack a bit of intimacy for the evening but were spacious with an extra comfy bed. The food, especially the A'la carte breakfast inclusive of the room rate, was to die for. The rooms were very clean, nicely laid out, and super comfortable, doing a great job of pulling nature into your private space.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences, with spacious and comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and an awesome dining selection. However, the lack of intimate lighting in the rooms could be improved, and the remote location may not suit everyone.
